Returns Policy
- The seller won't accept returns for items, unless otherwise stated.
- For items with fitment requirements the buyer will ultimately be responsible to ensure correct compatibility. eg Globes, Car Covers, etc.
- Once you have made purchase it is understood that you agree to all terms and conditions as set out.
As an Australian consumer, you have a legal right to return goods purchased within 30 days to obtain a repair, replacement or refund if, the goods:
- Are faulty or develop a fault within a reasonable period of time after purchase
- Are not fit for their purpose as advertised
- Don’t match the seller's description
- Are of unacceptable quality, or
- Fail to meet other mandatory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
To exercise these rights, the buyer should contact the Seller and may be required to return the goods and to provide proof of purchase.
Please note: The buyer must not have caused or contributed to the failure of the goods, for example, by damaging or misusing the goods.

Remember, your rights to a return, replacement or refund for faulty or non-compliant goods are in addition to any other rights under the seller’s returns policy or any warranty that comes with the goods.
We are not required by law to accept returns for incorrect choice or change of mind. Firstly, please make contact to discuss the sale issue. If agreed, follow the steps outlined below.
- The item needs to be in the unopened box it was posted in.
- Return the item within 14 days after the item is delivered to you.
- Refund is by way of money back.
- The buyer will pay for the return postage and packing.
- A restocking fee will apply.
